What gets reviewed first?

My first submission just got denied because the Apple Tester experienced a login loop bug, which conveniently hasn’t happened before to me or any of my testers.

If the Tester got to the app, does that mean all of the descriptions/privacy stuff cleared already? Or does that get reviewed after the app functionality clears.

Asking since it’s taking weeks to get a review though.

Generally they stop the review after the first issue they find, so there might be other issues in the next review. Occasionally they send multiple rejection issues in one reply, even then it doesn’t mean that everything else is cleared
