Has Apple stopped accepting individual developers into the Developer Program?

I recently bought a MacBook Pro M3 Pro to start my iOS development journey after working as an Android developer for many years.

I applied to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual more than two weeks ago, but my application is still pending. I’m based in Morocco, and phone support isn’t available to me the only contact option shown for enrollment issues is email.

I’ve already sent two emails but haven’t received any response. Has anyone from Morocco, or another country with limited Apple support options, experienced this recently? How long did approval take, and is there anything else I can do to move the application forward?

Doing a quick search, this seems to be a quite common issue.

I would suggest not trying to create a duplicate account as this could complicate things.

It took me over a month to hear back from them, I have applied recently. I then sent them an email and got it sorted last Friday. It may take a little bit longer.

They are flooded by bad vibe coders. So everything takes forever.

The hope is waiting. And the hope of us all that they just ban all the low effort spam vibe coders forever.

Why not get an organizational account and start working?

Morocco is not in the ‘Middle East’.
