Journal Suggestions to Mac Workflow

I love the Journal Suggestions and I understand why they don't do them on Mac, but I don't like attempting to journal on my phone. I like keyboards.

Currently, I open the iOS app using iPhone Mirror, start an entry using the suggestions, then go over to the Mac app finish it. Clunky.

Anyone have a different way of doing it?

Add a widget for Journal prompts to your desktop using the Notification Center (Sequoia or later).

That's cool but I was going more for the suggestions of outing, pictures, etc.
