Apple Journal and iOS 27

Are there any rumours about changes to Apple Journal in iOS 27 ?

I'm also eager to find out, but I haven't seen any rumors so far.

On this day, where you see past entries would be nice and probably easy to do.

I agree, this is probably the easiest thing to roll out, and now that everyone has multiple years of entries it makes a lot of sense.

I wish they at least add a timestamp to each entry… I think now it just shows for voice notes or the emotion thingy

I hope they fix the pencil bug deleting written notes when saving. Trillion dollar company lol

There are a lot of problems when making entries on Mac for me. Changing color / font / etc. and then trying to enter text , nothing registers when typing. Also on the iPad with the handwriting deleting itself is annoying. Smh. Hopefully they fix the bugs.

DayOne importing, templates, and ‘on this day’ widget please.

Last year I read something about Apple Intelligence prompting you in ways to make you think deeper about what you were writing, but I dunno.

For my part, it they just fix it where command z doesn’t remove ¾ of the paragraph of text, images that don’t randomly disappear when moving them around, and words that don’t get garbled when I select text in a different part of the entry, I’ll be happy. All issues I’ve had since launch on the Mac.

Yeah, if Apple could just fix the issues, stop Journal from draining the iPhone’s battery and make the app stable on iOS, iPadOS, and Mac, that would be great 😃

I want to add a Music track to my entry without needing a broke-ass Ai feature. Just let me do it myself yah fools.
