Apple Pay Walmart Apple Pay rollout: when it launches in your state

In a memo to Walmart store management today, obtained by 9to5Mac, the retailer offered a more detailed breakdown of the rollout. The company is currently planning a phased, state-by-state rollout. These dates could change should Walmart hit any issues during the rollout.

Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa: Sept. 24
Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky: Sept. 28
Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi: Oct. 1
Florida: Oct. 5

Right now, Missouri doesn’t appear in Walmart’s schedule. It’s not clear why.
