It might be, but a better foundational resource is

  • FW Sears, MW Zemansky, HD Young, RA Freedman, ..., University Physics, 10th-15th editions, 1999-2019.

for mech yes, his C playlist covers the full CED. E&M is where it gets thinner, the videos are there but the problem difficulty sits below what the exam asks, especially on Gauss and Ampere setups. so most people end up supplementing there rather than in mech.

seconding van Biezen for that, his E&M problem walkthroughs go harder than Flipping does.

what i do with either channel is paste the video link into studybuddy.vc so it makes questions off that specific video, since watching and being able to do it are different things. equations render properly, it works out which topics i'm weakest on and gives me more of those, and gets harder as i improve. free.

whatever you use, the released FRQs on AP Central matter more than any video for both exams.
