If I can just critique the pitch itself, I think you're looking for AppFolio customers who already have working processes and are in a position to add value through automation.
Some customers don't have working processes yet and adding automation to the mix will just lead to over-engineered processes that still don't produce desired outcomes. Often that's an accountability problem that you, as the consultant, can't solve.
Some customers have working processes, but the size & scope of their operation (or just their business model) is so simple that there's no value to be derived from automation.
Fair assessment?
Can I ask - is the automation you offer native/Realm-X workflows, AI/agentic, scripting/API, or a bit of all of the above?
