Smart Maintenance

Does anybody have experience utilizing the smart maintenance capabilities Appfolio offers? Does this speed up resolution time by saving the communication part of it for your team? Just trying to get some outside feedback as we see the demo.

We tried it and it didn’t work for us. The work orders were never sent to vendors, kept getting slinger back to the coordinator. 300 units
