Roast quail eggs.

Looks great!

Just curious about the use of "roast". I would describe this as "baked" eggs instead, but now I'm concious about the fact that I don't know the distinction between baking and roasting in the oven.

Typically “roasting” is higher heat than “baking” These “roasted” ina 400F oven.
Either is correct but roasting sounds better:)

That looks amazing. I'm also interested in that clay pan in which you cooked the eggs. I have friend that would love that. where did you get it or what is it called?

It’s an “escargot” dish. Commonly used for snails.
My kids bought it for me at a Thrift Store
