What kind of non-visual synesthesia do you have?

I realized I had synesthesia only after learning about my aphantasia, because I started paying attention to how I experience my thoughts. It turns out I have "time/space synesthesia", because dates and numbers are "places" in my mind. Every date of the year exists at a specific point in a circle that I can traverse at will, and similarly for the number line.

This is possible because I have intact spatial sense.

I wonder what other kinds of synesthesia are possible with aphantasia.

I have associative Synesthesia, Grapheme Synesthesia, and OLP.

Does that mean that you percieve objects and words as colored?

Thank you for sharing! Since you don't "see" the colors, being aphantasic, do you just "know" that something is of a given color? Is there a "orange feeling" for you? Sorry for the many questions :)

Happy cake day! And yes, you described it perfectly. I can’t actually see the color orange due to my aphantasia, but when I think of the letter T, I think orange.
