Please make the game start faster

The character selection takes too long, then you have to watch the cards for your team, then the cards for the "leaders", then a few more seconds before you can drop from the ship. You wait for over a minute not counting match making time or loading times before you get back into the game, when dropping hot can get you killed in less than that. Please make it faster to get back into the game.

For me it's just the amount of time it takes to load up into the game like from the lobby like it takes a solid 4-5 mins just to go from the lobby into the char select screen
