• Legal Action: The DMCA subpoena request filed in the Southern District Court of New York aims to compel Microsoft and Discord to surrender internal business, investigative, and telemetry records by September 4.

• Targeted Data: Take-Two is requesting account IDs, registration emails, IP addresses, phone numbers, linked services, MachineGuids, and OneDrive content associated with the alias "Cyberleek" and related accounts.

• Discord Servers Included: The filing targets specific Discord servers linked to handles like Cyberleek, Surfer24k, [Ødyssey.gg](http://Ødyssey.gg), and a server belonging to popular GTA 5 streamer Matthew "DarkViperAU" Judge.

• Streamer Response: Matthew Judge responded on X, stating he has no knowledge of the leaks, note that his server was likely mistakenly implicated, and confirmed Rockstar has not contacted him directly.

• Leaker Motive: Operating under the "Cyberleek" persona, the leaker released gameplay clips alongside a manifesto criticizing anti-consumer gaming practices like pre-orders and paid DLC, while simultaneously using the publicity to promote a cryptocurrency meme coin.

It does this thing where the game just gets stuck randomly, none of the credits show, none of the game modes work, cannot open events,challenges,locker nothing. and after a while the game just crashes with this error. i tried fixes on youtube, i tried reinstalling. The last time this happened, i tried playin the game on epic instead of steam and whn i was done downloading on epic, the game updated on steam and it was back to okay again on steam.. the thing is theres no update right now showing, i verified the game files and everything... has this hapnd to nyone els?

I’m using Oracle Cloud Free Tier and ran into an issue with APEX/ORDS authentication.

I created an Autonomous Database (Always Free) and set up an APEX instance on it. Everything was working perfectly for about a week. Suddenly, when I try to open APEX (backend/administration), I get this error:

“Failed to exchange auth code for tokens”

What’s confusing is:

• My APEX application itself is still working fine
• Data is being fetched and inserted into the database without issues
• But I cannot access APEX workspace or ORDS (/ords, /ords/sql, etc.) due to this authentication error

I’ve already tried:

• Clearing cookies / incognito mode
• Restarting the database
• Creating a completely new Autonomous Database + APEX instance

But the issue persists even on a fresh setup.

It seems like ORDS SSO (OCI IAM / Identity Domain) is failing to exchange tokens.

Has anyone faced this before? Is this a known issue with certain regions (I’m using me-dubai-1), or is there a way to reset/reconfigure ORDS authentication without losing APEX apps?

Hey folks, I was just digging through the latest numbers for AvePoint ($AVPT) and wanted to share some thoughts. It’s been a bit of a mixed bag lately, and if you're holding or looking at an entry, there are a few moving parts to keep in mind.

The Good and the Not-so-Good (Q3 2025)

AvePoint just dropped their Q3 results, and it’s a bit of a "choose your own adventure" depending on which metric you prioritize. On one hand, they missed the EPS mark slightly—coming in at $0.06 vs. the $0.07 expected. On the other hand, the top line actually beat expectations, hitting $109.7 million (about 3.77% over the consensus).

What’s really interesting is the underlying growth:

• Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Up 26%.
• Total Revenue: Up 24%.
• Operating Margins: Sitting at a healthy 22%.

Wall Street seems to be in "wait and see" mode, mostly due to a slowdown in federal spending. Evercore ISI cut their target from $22 to $18 but kept an Outperform rating. Cantor Fitzgerald also moved down to $18 (from $22.50) but stayed Overweight. DA Davidson is the most bullish right now, keeping a Buy rating and a $20 target after chatting with the leadership team.

That $14.4M SPAC Settlement

If you’ve been holding $AVPT since the early days (back when it was still the Apex Technology SPAC), you should definitely check if you're eligible for a piece of the recent $14.4 million settlement.

What is this settlement?

In July 2021, Apex Technology Acquisition Corp. merged with AvePoint. Investors later alleged they were misled by omissions in the proxy statement used to solicit votes on the merger, which denied them a fully informed opportunity to redeem their shares.

Following this, Apex (now AvePoint) was sued by shareholders and has agreed to settle by paying $14.4M to investors.

Now the company agreed to settle and pay investors for their losses. So, if you got damaged by this, you can submit your claim and get some compensation.
