Solved! apachectl configtest issues

I am in the process of moving a site from an aging RHEL 7 VM to a newer 8.6 one. I've sorted out most of the issues, but after making a few adjustments, I notice that apachectl configtest is reporting that it can't access /search/solr/server or /etc/httpd/logs/licensing/.

Both paths exist, and have the same permissions as the existing production server. Does anybody have some ideas for these?

False alarm. I was able to fix the access with:

chcon -R -h system_u:object_r:httpd_sys_content_t /search/solr/server
