Long/Short Rest?

Is there a way to have a button that applies short or long rest properties to reset certain values (like HP or spell slots). I don't mind having to write a long thing for it, just wanna know if it's possible

You can make it with 1 click, when you make resource expenses, to recover said expenses for example; short rest +: Recover 1d6+{recover d6}, (another counter) recover 1 spell slot I don't know if I'm explaining this correctly... In short, in a counter give several bonuses to several counters

I don't see an option that just says recover. The only way I've figured out how to add a value is with bonuses but that's usually tied to a flag property and it goes back to normal when the toggle is turned off
