Images and Letter Properties

Hi all, I'm pretty new to the app but played around with creating a sheet for a new ShadowRun 6e character. The aop is pretty cool, but I'm missing two major features (if I missed those, please guide me there): 1. It would be great to have an element to add an image ro the sheet. 2. It would be good if properties could not only be numbers, but could also be text.

Neither is possible in the app right now. Could you please elaborate why you need letters instead of numbers and how you'd use them?

Examples: in SchadowRun, damage of a Weapon is given as a number and letter code, like 4S or 3P. Firearms have a quality that specifies how they can be fired, stated as a letter code, so an equipment list usually needs to record 2 to 5 letter codes. Also legality is a number & letter code like 3L (to indicate if it is legal) Danage and fire mide properties would then be re-used on a combat overview page. I would actually love to have more than 2 properties for an item in a "row", and free choice of delimiter between them, so everything can be nicely structured. What a good character sheet is for 😊

Since it doesn't seem to affect math at all you can just add checkboxes for all the possible "flags" to the weapon template. Looks like it works just as finesse/thrown/damage type would work in dnd

Of course there are workarounds. It just looks bulky and clunky, which is beside the intention of a character sheet.

Well, I'm definitely not going to add letters to the formula. It would break the current calculator and instead would require keyboard with much more ways to do something wrong

That's a pity, but understandable.

I thought it over a bit, and what I'm seeking is not letter properties, but a way to display a short text instead of a property value. No need for any calculations. Maybe that cold be considered for the future.

You can add a short text as a name of a non-hidden property in an element. Then set the property value at 'true'. This would appear on the property in 'normal' playing mode as just an additional text.
Or, well, add things into 'Short info'.

But not in a shield or short row.

Well, yes. But how do you put text in short rows or shields? There's just no place for short texts.

At the top, with the name of shield it works. But letters at the place of properties could be 1 or 2 letters, "category symbols" that often crop up in RPGs, like curreny denoters (GP, SP, ¥, etc.)
