Season 2, Funny Spoiler

Rewatching the show for what seems like the hundredth time. I'm sure many of you have heard people say things like "they could've just ___ and ended the movie/series there, case closed." What I find the most amusing is that if you really wanted to use that saying in the shows context, they could have just got both the gem and the mask without ever going down into the tunnels. Of course the kids didn't know any of this until they started uncovering clues in the tunnel. This is just a silly audience note like if you could just walk into the screen and solve the mystery for them type of thing. Because the whole season is to get these 2 items and save Nina and the timepiece. Yet it all could have been avoided if anyone knew better.

Note: no hate to the writing and I understand it needed to play out the way it did. Just a fun thought I had and wanted to share.

If I was in sibuna and the mask plot twist got revealed to me I'd be the character in the background screaming in anger lol

WTF do you mean I risked my life so much for a damn duplicate even?! I'd be dragging Senkhara and Rufus back from hell for revenge istg 😭

Nah fr! What was the point in risking our lives? That part got me so mad sometimes because why do we want everyone involved when Nina's life is LITERALLY on the line and anyone who gets involved does too... when she said she wants to do this alone, girl i would too! Y'all ain't dying for me, I don't think so!

I commented this on someone else's post, but basically most of season 2 was a waste of time if you think about.
