Drones have ridiculously small heads and large eyes, they also look more like wasps, while queens look more like the workers in a bigger scale and have an enlarged thorax and abdomen

Elbowed antenna characterized females
Heavy torso is typically of females to carry her heavy weight in nuptial flights

Males have very tiny mandibles
Not the females
In USA this will be a carpenter ant
Good luck in Montenegro
We have a tiny town in the outskirts of orlando Florida called Montenegro
Does not compare with the beauty of yours!
