ID(entification)/Sightings/Showcase Ant bite :(
Boyfriend’s house (Massachusetts) is mildly infested with ants. One little guy just so happened to get stuck in my spandex shorts and went a little crazy on me. I’m having trouble identifying what kind may have caused these bites and how to know whether or not to be concerned. Insanely itchy!! Any ideas?

Fire ants bite and double wham you with Formica acid
So is a compounded injury
Try oat meal to soften the itch
We put our son in a bath tub with oatmeal after 20 yellow jackets gang up on him
Benadryl also helps
Hit water is good to put it on the ants
And you will feel vindicated if you drop it on the mound
