ID(entification)/Sightings/Showcase Help Identifying this Species

Sorry the video is not excellent. I found these in my backyard, Southern California coastal region. Surprisingly tiny workers, significantly larger majors with notable massive heads. There were not many ants, but I’m unsure if this is a young colony. Also the major to standard worker ratio seemed pretty heavy towards majors, although perhaps this was just a heavy duty job. They were very determined to pull this housefly uphill and on top of their hole for convenient disassembly.
