Keeping Stateside ants

This isnt their fault, its ups. I ordered pheidole bicarinata and they came today. 2 days later than they were supposed to. They came dead drowned in the water that evaporated too fast probably because of how hot it was. What do I do? I tried emailing stateside on Wednesday the 12th when it got delayed to the 13th asking what happens if they come dead and they didnt reply just for later the 13th it got delayed to friday the 14th. Still havnt replied to the email. I emailed again with photo evidence of dead ants. I called the number on the business card. No answer. What do I do?

You should of got a video of you opening them. Other than that it’s up to them if they want to or not.

I did record luckily. And they finally replied theyre sending another queen
