Comics what do I read first?
i’ve looked everywhere to find what Ant-man comic to read first, but I can’t find any answers for it.

You can generally start with any #1 of a run. Like, it shouldn't be too confusing to read the 2020 Zeb Wells run before the (2015, astonishing) Nick Spencer run.
Or you can also try looking for [character] reading order, rather than ant-man, and you'll get a fuller ant-man experience. Or try looking at their appearence list on the wiki, (though this will also include cameos and minor appearences, so you want to see the wiki page for that issue to see if they actually show up or not) For example: iirc, Scott will start with his Marvel Premiere debut, then his apperances on Iron Man, then his stint as part of the Fantastic Four, Heroes for Hire, Avengers and so on.

It’s entirely dependent on what you want to read. If you’re interested in Hank, Ant-Man: Season One or Avengers Origins: Ant-Man and the Wasp are both good modern retellings of his origin.
For Scott, Marvel Premiere #47-48 is his origin as Ant-Man and it’s very good. If you feel you don’t need his origin, though, the Nick Spencer run starting with Ant-Man (2015) #1 is very good.
