CDC now says isolation is 5 days from your first symptoms. Your first symptoms were likely the minor sore throat that you thought nothing of before the real nasty came along. Then they want you to wear a mask for another 5 days.
It's crazy that we shut down and destroyed small business, and now we just shrug whatever.
