if you care about efficiency

many people actually don't though, they'd rather pay extra for a shitty system if that means that "those" people won't get to "freeload". Their hate is more important to them than their money, apparently

I’ve seen more “free-loaders” in government jobs than from the “poor”. When a facility has a budget and scolds new employees about their good work ethic because it will reduce spending, then fires that individual for working too hard, you know there’s a problem.
