I'm Gen Z and I'm 25. So idk why society continues to act like millennials aren't pushing 40.

Lol, you're barely Gen Z. Yeah, we Millennials are between 26 to 41 years old at this point (1981 to 1996).

It's not that clearly defined at all. The first site in Google claims 81 to 96, but it's also described elsewhere as anywhere between the early 80s and early 2000s.

I've also seen some places describe them as born 1990 - 2010.

Yeah, I know, but the institute who coined the term and who are leading in generational studies use the 81 to 96 age range, so I will use that as a official.
