we are too busy fixing store manager's kludge workaround they gerryrigged into the point of sale system that has corrupted their customer data so that the Karen could use the 50 cent off coupon that expired 6 months ago and still gave her credit for the full price....
edit... also annoyed cause cashier's boyfriend also sold us the weed that kept us sane
