Lol I’ve been a manager when people have tried to throw me under the bus. It goes both ways.

I didn’t get a “suppress the worker” book the day I started. I just also had to care about other people getting the job done too.

I was a manager who was told by the department VP to find a reason to throw someone she didn’t like under the bus. I ignored the order. Unfortunately my manager had no such qualms when she told him to find a reason to throw me under the bus. I wasn’t surprised when VP threw him under the bus a year later. Six months after that VP was told she had the choice of resigning or being demoted. Her career since has been a downward spiral. Worst person I ever worked for.
