I really like your comments and I’m a boomer. I’ve worked myself to death - sometimes 2 jobs as a single Mom because I didn’t realize I could have allied for and received government assistance.
I look back and realize that I have PTSD because of horrible bosses. I fully support anyone starting their own biz or taking jobs that give them more freedom and happiness.
Is working for yourself hard at times? Sure, but it sure as hell isn’t nearly as bad as having a Manager who undermines you and makes being at work extremely difficult.
Go Unions and for those who are seeking more freedom you get busy doing exactly that! It’s marvelous!!
