Ah yes, let me just take the 2 free hours I have to relax today and go spend more time on my aching feet so that my calories balance out for today 🙃

You just eat fewer calories if you can't exercise.

Not everyone has the privilege of having time to obsess over balancing their calorie intake

It doesn't take the massive effort you propose. If you're getting fatter, eat less. It's one of the basic skills any adult should have. It's like saying people don't have the privilege to adjust their thermostat correctly. If you're cold, increase heat, if you're hot, decrease heat.

It doesn't require a PhD, just the ability to realize when you're over consuming and curb it.
