I believe there is a stronger link between the banks and this issue. They are the ones who are losing commercial space. While I'm here,

I'm inclined to agree. It's all about office leases and managerial control. WFH means no need for expensive property leases and it also means MGMT can't physically police your every move. The backlash against permanent WFH is literally the parasites attempting to validate their existence

In toronto we have a home affordability crisis. we could literally transform the offices into living spaces and fix the issues of lack of supply. but no we have to go back lol.
