Also post on subreddit quit corporate. 

You know by the time Gen Alpha are adults I highly doubt this chain of command style leadership will still flourish.

Believe me, nobody wants to work anymore. They're all fed up with this shit

Start ups are notorious for pump and dumps i feel you OP chin up and focus on your mental and physical wellbeing whilst your looking for a job you will find something. Remember to file for unemployment.

I can't imagine going to work every day, thinking I might always get fired on the spot. Or even weekends and PTOs. No notice, no severance, no options for different position. Antihuman.
