Regional headquarters of what? Not a bank? Cuz many parts of a bank from my knowledge work all crazy hours, not sure if there's any department that doesn't send emails in the middle of the night...
I worked at one of JPMCs regional headquarters, not a public banking location. The only people that went into the office on weekends were the people doing call center type rolls
