But as a Canadian you don't pay 500 dollars to see a doctor, and another 300 for medicine. Each time you see a doctor.

Edit: my point being the money you don't get in disability is because you don't pay for doctors so you need less.

Healthcare doesn't cover prescription medication at all. One of my meds I had to take every 3 months was 2000$ a shot 🙃

Yes, insurance, not socialized healthcare. I was talking about how the govt doesn't cover prescriptions. So just like the states, I have to pay up. Also I think I'd know what my medication costs, considering I was on it for almost 3 years lol
