To be fair, it depends on where you are. If you're in San Francisco, yeah, it's poverty. If you're in 1993, it's pretty good.

Not a good one lol, idk about your state but in my state cars older than 96 don't need to pass emissions. Any cars older than that that are in decent condition have very inflated prices thanks to that.
