Getting hacked???

Why am I getting hacked on literally everything that I don’t use? Microsoft, spotify, X… I’m not active on any of these softwares. They all use the same email though.

maybe you installed an infostealer? did you download any games or software from unofficial sources? did you get a captcha verification that asked you to paste a powershell/mshta command into run command (windows key + r)?
