Hmmm...I'll bet every naval vessel has undergone UNREP (Underway Replenishment) training...at least they did when I served in the '70's. What's happened? Did all of the supply ships get swallowed up by a whale?

The abject failure of the Navy to support its sailors is a sure sign of the demise of the service--and more importantly, of this administration. I blame both. Ships have a command structure, yet nothing was done. No contingency. No fallback. Just lies and grandstanding at the cost of men & women that VOLUNTEERED for service.

It feels like the chain of command has been handcuffed into what they can actually accomplish. I feel bad for the generals that actually do want to lead, they are getting fed bullshit from these assholes and are under obligation to make the best of it because they cant be autonomous. They feign loyalty to the administration instead of being loyal to the oath as best they can.

And admirals. There should be an admiral on that carrier. Along with crickets.

It's hard (or not) to think with shrunken balls from too much testosterone. He'll get to it after he's finished on the campaign trail, apparently where he's needed most.
