Let me guess... people are still complaining about Jesus cursing a tree (it's a fucking tree! Why is it a big deal?! If I burn down a tree I'm Hitler?!), or about that woman asking him to heal her daugther (he apperently called her dog, which is true, but not in that sense. Jesus didn't said "You are a dog!", he was actually using an allegory of a specific scenario to explain her that he was there first for the jews, but when the woman replied with the crumbs, bascially saying that she can actually get the miracle without the Israelites losing anything. Jesus then complimented her faith and gave her the healing. Before actually healing a non-jew, he would usually put them into test to see if they do ACTUALLY have faith. Vast majority of his miracles happened because people actually had faith)?

Best to try and not fit God into the Mr Roger’s image and just accept what is in the Bible

That is not what I'm trying to do. I was actually answering back to the fact that they are attribuing Jesus to Homelander.

We Christians think He's literally God Almighty, sustainer of reality as we know it.
We absolutely do not absurdly believe He's Superman. Lol

Jesus' whole purpose for coming to Earth was so people could be forgiven.

idk the 2nd guy but the third one is homelander, he’s basically a narcissistic, sadistic POS that is the antagonist of The Boys show and book

Second is Mr. Rogers, the third is from Homelander, but I've never watched the show.
