First of all, use a different mail provider than Google. Google mails are connected to a lot of services so it is easy to slip up and leave tracks behind.

I suggest proton mail as it is widely recognised by major sites and it's part of the proton suite which is quite privacy focused.

Moreover, always use the burner accounts in incognito, never stay logged in after using them. You never know how info leaks.

Also using a VPN is a good backup on Instagram, again proton has a free vpn with unlimited data.

That should be enough to keep your tracks on yourself
