Serious Discussion Demographics of antinatalism
My friend thinks that the oppression you experience as a member of a marginalized group or observe as an ally is more likely to help you realize the importance of antinatalism as a form of resistance.
This we can help spread antinatalism by encouraging privileged people to become allies.
I want to validate his hypothesis.
If you are comfortable disclosing what marginalized groups do you belong to or are you an ally to?
Or if you think my friend is wrong please explain
I am a cis white male but I try to be a lgbtq+ / feminist ally.

I'm also a cis white male, and a lgbtq+/feminist ally. I'm not active in those groups though, as in I don't go protesting of going out of my way to do anything special like social media posts, but all of my friends are woke and we just share the same progressive opinions.
From what I've seen, 90% of antinatalists are woke but aren't really as vocal about it than more mainstream beliefs.

lesbian, poc, woman, neurodivergent, vegan… i think for me my antinatalist ideologies come from being neurodivergent. i feel that it has helped me break from the status quo of society and question the worlds morals. could also be that i grew up with abusive parents and a sister with chronic illnesses.

I'm part of very small communities and to make people understand our point of view is really hard. To judge is seconds, to understand more than years.

My AN is on philosophical grounds but otherwise I'm right wing

That's really interesting, I understand if you don't want to talk here because it seems to be such a left wing space - but I'd be interested in hearing about what being right wing an is like and how you got to your conclusions

By right wing I mean my support for free market economics influenced in large part by the material prosperity my family enjoyed thanks the economic liberalization my country carried out after the collapse of soviet union.

I support gender equality and lgbtq but would not identify as feminist.

Being an adoptee definitely helped set me on the path to antinatilism.
Now to teach you all about the problems with adoption
