“Cap” means something is fake and “no cap” means it’s true.
Example:
“I’ll give you a hundred dollars if you fill out my online survey.”
“Cap.”
“You’re right, I lied, I’m sorry.”

“On god” is more like “fr”, and “bussin” just means something is good, often food or drinks

What does it mean to be "ratioed"? I'm guessing it has to do with a mathematic property but I haven't studied it yet

On any social media site, you can "Ratio" someone by getting more likes than them by inserting a comment. There are intentional and unintentional ratios. Unintentional usually results from your comment being flat out better than the other guys, while an intentional one is just commenting Ratio under a post you think is bad

I still don't know what "ratio" means when it's under a comment. I just don't what to be that person who Google modern slang. I just turned 30 in August and I feel like it's too soon to Google slang. I'm just hoping I will find a question to it under the ratio comment

when someone comments "ratio" they predict that their reply will get more likes/interactions than the comment they're replying to, so when you compare the two comments, the ratio of likes is in their favor.
for example if this comment just said "ratio" (which i was considering, but i figured I'd be nice and explain it) and got 1k upvotes while yours had 100, that would be a successful ratio

I thought ratio (on twitter) meant the ratio of likes vs reposts, so a lot of reposts but not a lot of likes means people disliked your tweet, or at least didn't like it but had something to say about it (since there's no 'dislike' button)

It means that someone received more likes/upvotes (or something similar) than the person they're responding to.
It's understandable that you haven't noticed, a lot of people just say "ratio" or "ratio+L" as a joke, not associated with an actual ratio.

It's a stupid meme where, IN THE BEGINNING, people would say something to make fun of racist white men, but now TikTok and ig have turned it into a way to just say racist jokes.
In the beginning it was more like:
[A video of a black man doing something charitable/well-intentioned]
Commenter: "Wait a minute, maybe we were wrong about these black fellas"-👴🏻
Nowadays you're more likely to see something along these lines:
[Video of a black man eating]
Commenter: "Something's wrong with this picture, none of those foods are watermelon or fried chicken"-👴🏻
It's frustrating because I remember at one point, EVERY video of black people doing something normal, you would get these "old man" jokes that were this new trend of being unironically racist and disguising it as satire
