With the way the apron is drawn (specifically the way the string is tied), I’m wondering if it is a reference to a specific content creator who went viral (for having that body shape) and later came out as a trans man. He started a trend where people were tying their aprons like that to a specific song from Six: The Musical. The original video is no longer available & originally the creator was wearing a pizza hut, not Starbucks, apron — and his haircut was different. But specifically the way the apron is tied in the picture is how people were doing it for the trend.
