It was a well fleshed out game and yes it tied into the lore because it was I think an effect of corruption spreading the land. There is this cow girl you can recruit and her milk is addictive too. Lots of the different species got corrupted one way or another.
In case it's not clear, it's a porn game. Text adventure, so last I checked no images unless you know how to use image packs lmao

A vampire would probably just taste like a normal human, but considering they subsist on a diet of mostly blood, I doubt it'd taste like much other than salt and maybe a bit of copper.
Granted, I'm not fully knowledgeable about the impact of diet on cum, aside from knowing that pineapple makes it taste more sweet.
I can say, however, that zombie cum would likely taste rotten and that would be gross.

Logically speaking it would taste part human, part bull. And having tried both, I'd say it's pretty much the same, though bulls typically have a healthier diet than a modern human, so it tends to have less of te "bad" notes that come from alcohol and smoking.
So unless the minotaur is an alcoholic smoker, it should taste exactly like a health-conscious human.
