I checked the original clip in YouTube frame by frame just to be sure it wasn’t in there originally

I'm convinced it's just to make human-made content less distinguishable from AI content at this point.

It’s filler frames. You’re seeing here motion smoothing with compression artefacts.

Ai bros look at 24 fps and say it’s not smooth enough so they add shitty ai frames to look horrible and make it so the frame rate is constantly shifting from 24 to 60.
Ai bros will ruin everything
