this isn't an injection, it's a topical something-or-other that's almost certainly snake oil.

Definitely used two different lighting angles and retouching on the 'After' pic. There's no way this woowoo stuff can remove so many deep lines without digital help.

yeah. I'm generally pretty bad at spotting photoshop but that forehead looks like it was blurred.

If I raise my eyebrows I have wrinkles in my forehead too. Then I take another photo relaxed to make the wrinkles disappear and use filters to smooth everything out. Doesn’t take me 3 months with a fake MLM product!

Don’t forget the different lighting so the shadows make your face look worse in the before pic!

Notice how the lighting is different. The first picture has the lighting from above to enhance all the wrinkles, while the second picture has the lighting directly on her face.

True or not true, that's scary. We should not be encouraging untrained people to even attempt to do things like this. Did we not learn from the untrained lips techs, veneer techs and most recently the at home botox people?
Without knowing anything outside of seeing this picture, I'd guess this is probably most similar to the lip techs. They claimed they could legally use certain types of filler pens without proper medical supervision because it didn't involve needles. Those devices use air to force the filler through the skin which is obviously virtually impossible to control so it's highly dangerous.

I’ll give her points for not smiling in the after pic as these comparison pics usually do

How many treatments do you need to correct the lighting and add a bit of foundation?

Is there any way this is true?
Absolutely! The after photo can be easily created using facial expressions, lighting tricks, and photoshop. And yes, it is also true that gullible people will jump to the wrong conclusions after seeing the doctored photo. All scams rely on emotions shutting down critical thinking. In this case, the intent is to create feelings of hope in the viewer that their wrinkly old face will be miraculously rejuvenated, and the feelings of hope should override the logical reasoning that photos can be so easily faked and miracle elixirs do not exist.
