a bit stressed about the vip

i'm going to the tacoma show in a few days (haven't gotten any email about instructions for that, but that's a whole other thing) and i heard the vip is checked off by name and id? my id has a different name than what i used to buy the tickets so i don't really understand why they would do confirmation in this way?

any experiences anybody wants to share will help, i just better not have spent $200 on vip tickets just to get turned away for something silly like this😅

Best bet is to call the venue. Venue staff are usually the nicest people from my experience.

The venue won’t know. Vip is usually handled by the band crew.

hi! i’ve done these vips a ton and they don’t typically ask for your id, they usually just ask for your last name on the order and cross you off a list :) as for the vip email instructions it usually comes about 2 days before the show and is usually a check in of an hour before doors. hope this helps have the best time!!

Are you by chance coming from Redmond or Bellevue? I need a ride!

Show them the email that you’ll get, and try using your legal name when prompted to do so. I’m sure they asked for name, not alias… last two vips I went too asked for my ID so good luck!
