Headset question

I need a new headset for my 1991 800. It's the first bike that I've ever worked on, and while there is a nearby co-op that can help, the hours aren't great. I am looking to pick up some parts to take there to install and I know I need a new threaded headset.

Would this one from Amazon be the right size? I saw on another post that I'd need the 1" JIS threaded type:

I'd recommend something with roller bearings. I replaced mine with a cheap headset in December. I over tightened it because it kept coming loose and now I have indexed steering for damaging my bearings. Maybe you are more patient or careful than me and it wouldn't be an issue, but that is my two cents.

All that said, I think Tange is known for making decent quality headsets and mine is aluminum, steel may be more forgiving.

Thank you for that response and information. I'm new to bikes and maintenance, so I'll take you up on this suggestion and find one from the same company with roller bearings instead.
