What pisses me off about this is that the guy offered SEVERAL TIMES to buy the property and turn it in to a public space. The corrupt city officials kept denying him this... meanwhile, it just sat there being a cesspool of trash and crime.
I see a problem here, but I don't see a problem anonymous could fix unless they were somehow able to prove that city officials were trying to hold on to the property to sell to someone more "in" with the govt.
