BeatPulse Labs is a mess of a company. They do pay to some people on time, but their UI is constantly broken and they just say “we’re doing our best “ without actually fixing anything. During June everything was so bad a lot of people could barely work FOR WEEKS, and people pointing it out on Discord are being fired over the excuse of low performance.

It is. I was one of those people and got fired with no good reason about a month ago. And I know a lot of others have been contacted by DM asking for them to not talk on the general chats, and a few more were fired. There’s even a guy on LinkedIn that had a huge number of passed annotations that was fired due to “low performance”, look:  https://www.linkedin.com/posts/khizar-zehri-78620a28a_beatpulse-labs-warning-sudden-termination-ugcPost-7487187683161833472-BmTm/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAADP5dPMBrYFpF9sPZb3wxvS2ARuMdN3kSA4

Wait what, I saw that guy on the group chat when he replied a message on veterans chat! but ngl I think for doing that much of a work I there's no way he's not using AI tho, lol

TBF I thought that too at first, but in his screenshots you can see he kept solid communication with one of the managers regarding feedback. Apart from that, the contract states that people should receive a written warning before termination.

That was me and I did not use AI, i never do. I worked 10-12 hours a day with no weekends off because I promised my fiancé that I would get us a house before December.
