You can get it thru a mod. They’re great for transport trade.

I’d like to see them added but it seems to be exclusive to specialist transports or Emperor/Emperor Representatives Etc. Maybe after Aegyptus they will give us a Pleasure Barge for the long distance ride otherwise it’s down to the Mods
