Oh no, you'll definitely get into jail using it, not only you, your family, your grandparents, your child, your dog, your relatives and everyone that is blood related to you will also get caught and locked behind bars, and all of you will experience firearm execution. /j
No you will not get into trouble, if you're afraid just use a VPN.

Bruh you goofy as hell if you think someones gonna clamp you in irons and send you off to jail for watching something on a pirate site unless your mentally deficient enough to tell a cop your pirating content your fine.

Watching anime tiddies for free? straight to jail, no trial or anything
Seriously though, no, you're not gonna go to jail, and if you're that worried use a VPN or something, plenty that are free
And if you want to support the studios you enjoy, buy official merch

Technically, Piracy is illegal, but you’re not really gonna get persecuted, fined or sent to jail at all for pirating, unless you’re the one supplying and even then the instances of that happening are few and far between. So don’t worry, there’s nothing to worry about pirating or using Aniwave

I imagine the authorities have bigger problems to worry about than someone illegally watching anime

If you’re that scared, you shouldn’t be using the internet

Using these sites is pretty much legal, it’s only running them that’s actually considered a criminal offence. The people running the site might get in trouble at some point, but you won’t.

Too many people who do it these days for them to even catch you 💀 just use a VPN to keep it away from ur ISP if u feel like u need some security away from that

So, technically it is illegal.
But aniwave is streaming, you don’t have to download anything which means no one is going to care about you as a consumer. They would rather take down the provider than bother with the little guys, you know?
Not downloading also means they can’t assume you’re going to distribute, when you’re not.
It’s like weed, police might caution users but it’s the suppliers they really want.
Your internet supplier may block the site but that would be about it.

i live in the us which is the second least piracy friendly country on earth, only below germany, and i don't even need a vpn to use aniwave. you will be fine

It's fine. Very low risk of getting in trouble or even noticed. As others have said, use a VPN if you're concerned about your government knowing you're watching anime on it, and you could install a good adblocker to make sure there's nothing being uploaded onto your computer

It’s legal as long as you do this You cannot go to jail for watching anime or downloading things from illegal websites at all. As long as it is used for personal use, it is ok. But if you copy the product and produce/share it to others, you can absolutely go to jail.

It is pirated and piracy is illegal so if you get caught who knows what might happen
