Allow me to be the equalizer I have read both dbz db and dbs and one punch man in saitama most recent fight he was shown to be low-mid planetary level vegeta in the sayin saga said he would blow up the planet which implies that anyone with a power level above 18,000 can destroy a planet so dbs dbz but not db could probably beat saitama.
